Final Bill Action: HOUSE FILE 2165, a bill for an act relating to
industrial machinery, computers and equipment for purposes of sales
taxation and property taxation and providing an effective date and
applicability date.
Recommendation: AMEND AND DO PASS AS PROVIDED IN AMENDMENT S-5142.
Final Vote: Ayes, 13: Palmer, Husak, Bennett, Deluhery, Drake, Freeman,
Hedge, Iverson, McLaren, Neuhauser, Priebe, Szymoniak and Vilsack. Nays,
none. Absent or not voting, 2: Connolly and Murphy.
Fiscal Note: NOT REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
