I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on January 30,
31, and February 1, 1996. Had I been present, I would have voted
"aye"  on House Files 210, 2017, 2044, 2061, 2066, 2113, 2114;
and "nay" on Senate amendment H_5033 to Senate File 2030.

I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on the afternoon
of Thursday, February 15, 1996. Had I been present, I would have
