ADOPTION OF HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION 109 Fallon of Polk called up for consideration House Concurrent Resolution 109, a concurrent resolution designating June 15, 1996, as the day to celebrate the ending of slavery and to recognize the worth and value of all people and moved its adoption. The motion prevailed and the resolution was adopted.
