CHAPTER 1001JUVENILE SHELTER CARE HOMES REIMBURSEMENT RATES.F. 2035AN ACT relating to the reimbursement rate for juvenile shelter care homes and including effective date and retroactive applicability provisions.Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa: Section 1. 2015 Iowa Acts, chapter 137, section 29, subsection 9, paragraph c, is amended to read as follows: c. Notwithstanding section 232.141, subsection 8, for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2015, the amount of the statewide average of the actual and allowable rates for reimbursement of juvenile shelter care homes that is utilized for the limitation on recovery of unpaid costs shall remain at be increased by $4.85 over the amount in effect for this purpose in the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2014. Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE UPON ENACTMENT. This Act, being deemed of immediate importance, takes effect upon enactment. Sec. 3. RETROACTIVE APPLICABILITY. This Act applies retroactively to July 1, 2015.Approved February 29, 2016
