Senate Concurrent Resolution 102 - Introduced
A Concurrent Resolution 1to provide for the extended
2adjournment of the 2020 regular session of the
3Eighty-eighth General Assembly and for related
4matters.
5BE IT RESOLVED BY THE SENATE, THE HOUSE OF
6REPRESENTATIVES CONCURRING, That upon the adjournment
7of the House of Representatives and the Senate on March
816, 2020, both houses will remain adjourned until 10:00
9a.m.on April 15, 2020;and
10BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Legislative Council
11may shorten or further extend the adjournment if deemed
12necessary;and
13BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the joint rules are
14suspended during the extended adjournment and until
15action is taken upon the reconvening of the General
16Assembly.
