A Concurrent Resolution 1to provide for joint
2conventions.
3BE IT RESOLVED BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES, THE
4SENATE CONCURRING, That a joint convention of the two
5houses of the 2019 session of the Eighty-eighth General
6Assembly be held on Monday, January 14, 2019, at 2:00
7p.m.;and
8BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That at this joint
9convention the votes for Governor and Lieutenant
10Governor be canvassed and the results announced and
11recorded as provided by law;and
12BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That Governor Kim Reynolds
13be invited to deliver her message of the condition
14of the state at a joint convention of the two houses
15of the General Assembly on Tuesday, January 15, 2019,
16at 10:00 a.m., and that the Speaker of the House of
17Representatives and the President of the Senate be
18designated to extend the invitation to her.
