Section 28E.2, subsection 2, Code 2018, is amended to read as follows: 2. “Public agency” shall mean any political subdivision of this state; any agency of the state government or of the United States; and any political subdivision of another state.For purposes of this chapter only, “public agency” also includes any federally recognized Indian tribe.
