CHAPTER 1048Health care facility violations — penaltiesH.F. 2172AN ACT relating to violations by a health care facility.Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa: Section 1. Section 135C.36, subsection 5, Code 2022, is amended to read as follows: 5.
