    CHAPTER 104Removal of county veterans service officersH.F. 689AN ACT relating to the removal of county veterans service officers.Be It Enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Iowa:   Section 1.   Section 35B.6, subsection 1, Code 2019, is amended by adding the following new paragraph:   NEW PARAGRAPH.  f.  An executive director or administrator shall only be removed from office by the commission, subject to the approval of the board of supervisors.
