Member Elks Lodge 112, Smithsonian Institute, National and Iowa Common Cause, Nader-Public Citizen, Iowans for LIFE, U.S. Olympic Society. Serves on Mid-City Urban Renewal PAC, also Woodbury County Democratic Party Central Committee. Member St. Joseph Catholic Church. First term.
