Davenport District 81 Democrat Born May 6, 1943, in Davenport, son of Daniel I. and Jeannette M. Heaney Cusack. Graduated from Assumption High School of Davenport 1961. Attended Georgetown University B.A., St. Ambrose College, Davenport, 1965, M.A., University of Iowa 1967. Taught at Briar Cliff College, Sioux City, and at Marycrest College. Community organizer for Central Neighborhood Corporation of Davenport and director League of Women Voters Education Fund. Presently with Cusack and Associates, Real Estate and Insurance, Davenport. Member American Civil Liberties Union, American Historical Society, and American Association for the Advancement of Slavic Studies. Served three years as Davenport City Councilman. Second term.
