Attended University of Iowa 1967-1971. Married Celia Melson, Jefferson, Iowa, 1970. Served as Justice of the Peace, Johnson County 1971. Member of the Iowa Democratic State Central Committee. Chairperson of the Democratic Fourth District Central Committee. Member of the Iowa Regional Advisory Group of the Iowa Regional Medical Program serving on the executive committee. Member of the Lay Advisory Board of St. Joseph Mercy Hospital. Deacon and member of the Church Board of the Drake Avenue Christian Church. Employed by Mott Construction and Mott Quarries. Second term.
