Children: Randy, Alan and Jane. Farmer, auctioneer, co-owner of Reisch World Wide Auction College, real estate broker. Member of Handicap Village Board, Cerro Gordo Tax Payers Association Board, American Simmental Association, Iowa Cattlemen's Association, United Methodist Church of Meservey. Served on Soil Conservation Service of Cerro Gordo County, Agriculture Stabilization and Conservation Service Commission, Thornton Co-operative Elevator Board and past president of Meservey-Thornton school board. In 64th G.A. Iowa House. First term.
