Electrician's apprentice 1961-1963, I.B.E.W. 405. Married Cherryl D. Moon, Nashua 1963. Daughters: Christina, Lindsay. Teacher in Central Community Schools, Elkader, Iowa since 1968. Elkader Outstanding Young Educator, 1970. Member of I.S.E.A., Elkader Jaycees, Clayton County Opera House Players, Iowa Human Relations Cadre, Iowa Women's Political Caucus. First term.
