Attended United States Military Academy. B.A., 1952, and J.D. with distinction, 1958, State University of Iowa. Served as Assistant Pottawattamie County Attorney, Assistant Attorney General, State of Iowa, and Pottawattamie County Attorney. Served as Lieutenant Army Infantry during Korean conflict. Second term.
