Since 1957 has been engaged in farming. Now owns and operates 620-acre grain and livestock farm. Member of B.P.O. Elks, Farmers Union, National Farmers Organization. Member of Sacred Heart Church of Valeria, where he is choir director. House minority floor leader in 62nd General Assembly. Serving second term.
