Member, Presbyterian church, American Legion, Farm Bureau, Airplane Owner Pilots' Association, Iowa Flying Farmers, National Flying Farmers, Burt Lions Club, Iowa Vegetable Growers, director and secretary Iowa Institute of Cooperation, Burt Elevator and Pikeside Electric Company. Director Burt Telephone Co., township school board. Serving first term.
