Maquoketa Republican 23d Senatorial District Jackson County. Born at Rockwell, Iowa, September 27, 1888, son of George H. and Ella Fuller. Graduate of Rockwell high school, Central College and Drake University College of Law, receiving LL.B. degree. Post graduate work at the University of Iowa and Southern California University. Admitted to the bar in California and Iowa. Practiced law in Mason City, Iowa; referee in bankruptcy, central division, northern district of Iowa, at Mason City 1918-28; since 1929 engaged in banking. Vice president of Jackson State Savings Bank, Maquoketa. Widower; father of two children, D. D. (Jack) Fuller, chemical engineer, Whittier, California, and Dorothy Fuller, student at Mt. Holyoke college, South Hadley, Mass. In U.S. army in World War I. Member Rotary. American Legion, Masons, Consistory, Shrine and Elks. Elected to Senate in 1940.
