The Representative from Tama county in the Twenty-fifth General Assembly is the Hon. Samuel M. Endicott. He is one of the Ohio men having been born at Chester Hill, Ohio, April 3, 1857. He was educated in the common schools and afterwards studied law. After being admitted to the bar he came to Iowa and settled at Traer, where he has since resided. He was raised a Quaker and still belongs to that denomination. The office to which he was elected last fall is the first he ever held. He is a member of the Odd Fellows.
