Union County
Born in 1834 in Ohio. He was a merchant by trade. He was a member of the Board of Trade, which consisted of a number of leading businessmen to advance Creston's interests forward. He was married to Helen Maria Ward. He served in the Civil War, Company I, 28th Infantry. He was elected to represent Union county in the Nineteenth, Twentieth and Twenty-first General Assemblies, 1882, 1884, 1886. He was a Republican in politics.
