Born in Des Moines County, Iowa, April 25, 1866. He was a grain dealer. Mr. Miller married Miss Anna Kather Gieselman on May 19, 1892, and they had nine children. He was elected to represent Lee County in the Twentieth Iowa General Assembly, 1884. He died March 31, 1921, and is buried at Rock Spring Cemetery, Wever, Iowa.
