WHEREAS, An all wise providence has removed from his labors on earth, Hon. Benjamin Ratcliff, of Allamakee county, an honorable member of the Seventeenth General Assembly,
Therefore, Be it remembered that we, the members of this House, extend to the family and friends our heartfelt sympathy in this, their sad bereavement.
