J. L. WARREN,

RESOLUTION.

WHEREAS, Hon. J. L. McCormack, an honored member of the State Senate from Marion county, from 1871 to 1875, departed this life at his home in Knoxville, Iowa, on the thirtieth day of December, 1904, Therefore be it,

Resolved by the Senate of the State of Iowa, That in the death of the said Hon. J. L. Resolved, That these resolutions be printed in the Journal and that the Secretary of the Senate be instructed to have the same engrossed and forward a copy of the same to the family of the deceased.

Adopted unanimously by a rising vote.
