Born in North Hollywood, Ca., Nov. 19, 1954, son of Joseph and Beverly Clements. Attended Brigham Young University. Ordained minister from 1974 to 1976, serving in London, England. Carpenter since 1976, and member of Local #4. Married Judy Marten of Davenport in 1976. Children: Troy, Todd, Douglas Sean, Tosca, and Micaela. Member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and Metropolitan Opera Guild. First term.
