West Des Moines Polk County Democrat. Born March 26, 1934, at Perry, Iowa. Son of Francis F. and Anna Glenn. Graduated from St. Patricks High School, 1952. B.A., State University of Iowa, 1959; J.D., State University of Iowa, 1961; University of Pittsburgh, Graduate School of Public and International Affairs. Married Mary Lorraine Glenn, 1956, and they have five children; Gregory, 9, Cynthia, 7, Jeffrey, 6, Carla, 4, and Melissa, 4 months. Served with the U.S. Marine Corps for 2 years. Member of Catholic Church, V.F.W., Dowling Club and Holy Name Society. Serving first term.
