University in Heidelberg W/B, Germany 1954; University of Alaska, 1958-59, and University of Omaha, 1960. Military intelligence detachment 1953-55. Married Carolyn Adele Cramton. Three children, Laura, Laurence E. Ill, and Paul. Instructor at University of Missouri, 1955-56. Alaska Geological Society secretary, 1957-58, vice-president 1958-59. Past state vice-president U. S. Jaycees; Junior Chamber International; National Society of Associate Contractors, president 1963 to present. Member Iowa Heart Assn. Pottawattamie County Heart Fund Chairman 1965-66; American Red Cross, Pottawattamie County Board of Directors 1964-67, County Chairman 1965-60.
