Blockton Taylor-Ringgold County Democrat Born Nov. 4, 1927, in Blockton, son of Clark and Sola Stroburg. Graduated from high school in 1945. Attended two quarters at Northwestern Missouri State. Wife's name is Mary Aelene. Married January 18, 1948, in Lamoni. Children are Suzanne, 20; Jeffrey, 18; Monica, 15; and Peggy, 13. Farmer. Member of Methodist church, Masonic lodge, wildlife conservation club, Eastern Star, school board, Blockton Watershed board, Taylor County Soil and Water Conservation Commission. Township clerk. Schooled and was for a time machine parts inspector for Boeing Aircraft. Serving first term.
