Is Phi Beta Kappa and member National Newman Honor Society. Distinguished Military Graduate. Single. College professor and former administrative aide to Governor Herschel C. Loveless. Member Roman Catholic Church, American Political Science Assn., International Political Science Assn., Midwest Political Science Assn., American Society for Political and Legal Philosophy, American Judicature Society, and American Assn. of University Professors.
