FRED TEALE One of the pioneers of Decatur county, but who has made his home at Los Angeles, California, for the past thirty years. Mr. Teale was born in Greenwich, England, in 1836. He came to America in 1843, and to Decatur county in 1859, and for many years resided on a big farm just north of Decatur City. He represented Decatur county in the lower house from 1870 to 1874, and was state senator from this district from 1876 to 1880.
