Attended Drake University 1954-58; Iowa Medical School, S.U.I., Iowa City, 1958-59; B.A. 1960; Drake University Law School, 1961-63; Bachelor of Law, 1963. He and his wife, Lois Jean, were married July 8, 1962, in Battle Creek, Iowa. Children: Geri, Julie, Robert Bradley. Attorney at law with partnership in Irish and Skinner, Altoona. Baptist. Member of Shrine, King David Lodge No. 407, Lions Club, Altoona Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees. Fifth District committeeman and treasurer of Democratic State Central Committee of Iowa. Second term.
