Des Moines County, so far as the lower house is concerned, will be democratic this winter. The junior member-elect, the Hon. Louis M. Jaeger of Burlington, is a native of the state, and is thirty-nine years old. He is one of the married men of the assembly. Mr. Jaeger is a prominent cigar manufacturer of Burlington. He is a member of the A. O. U. W. lodge. He was a member of the House of Representatives in the 27th, 28th and 29th General Assemblies.
