Member of the Roman Catholic Church, Chamber of Commerce, Jaycees, Quarterback Club, Knights of Columbus, Rotary. Basketball coach and athletic director Newman High School, Mason City, 1962-1965. One of 1971's Outstanding Young Men of America. Member law firm of Kennedy & Kennedy since 1968. Second term.
