Born November 18, 1896, in Belfast, Iowa. Mr. Driscoll was educated in the grade schools and high school at Farmington, and was a farmer and operator of a stone quarry. Mr. Driscoll married Miss Margaret Rita Burke on February 22, 1922, at Spring Prairie, Iowa. He was one of the youngest members of the Iowa Senate from Lee County. Senator Driscoll served in the Forty-sixth General Assembly, 1836, and the first part of the Forty-Seventh General Assembly until his service was terminated by his death after a short illness on February 23, 1937. He was a democrat.
