Attended two years of GI agriculture school. Farmer since 1948. Married Mildred Hoover, Marion, 1948. Two sons, one daughter. Township ASC committeeman 11 years. Member Farm Bureau 19 years. On board of directors for Linn County Rural Electric Co-operative. Second term.
