Born 1819 in Maryland. Prior to moving to Jackson County, he lived in Jo Daviess County, Illinois. He served in the Company of Captain Jonathan Craig in the Illinois militia in the Black Hawk War in 1832. By 1860 he was living in Jackson County as a farmer. Mr. Graham served Jackson County in the Eighth Iowa Legislative Assembly.
