They have one son, Richard F., and one daughter, Mrs. Thomas Ewoldt, both of Davenport, and one grandson, Jeffrey Felger, also of Davenport. Has operated a number of businesses in Davenport, including the Kahl Building Cigar Store, the Steak House, Cedar Street Inn, the Hi-De-Ho Tavern, and Institutional Foods, which was the first General Foods distributorship franchised in the United States. Federal investigator during World War II. Licensed real estate broker. Member of the Moose and a 32nd degree Mason, belonging to Philbrook Lodge No. 659 A.F.& A.M., Zarepath Consistory, and Kaaba Temple. First term.
