Eyerly Ball receives over $400,000 in Mental Health Block Grant dollars annually that is used for client's continuity of care, for staff training to improve quality of services provided to clients and to improve access. These dollars are critical to Community Mental Health Centers to provide services to clients and quality care.

I am unable to attend in person, but am submitting a letter, describing my rationale for being against section 2 of HSB 246 as written, proposing to move federal block grant dollars away from Community Mental Health Centers, to be given to MHDS Regions.
