SF 2400 is important as it will remove a punitive income tax increase on Iowa livestock producers.The House passed HF 2649 unanimously with a January 1, 2023 retroactive date.I encourage you to move HF 2649 forward with the January 1, 2023 retroactive date.Thank you,Steve Brus
