Charge
Address the following five topics: national, state, and local initiatives relating to adolescent pregnancy; the establishment of a state task force to study the issues surrounding teenage pregnancy; the establishment of two-year pilot project grants to address the problems prevalent in teenage pregnancy; the implementation of human growth and development instruction in the public schools; and third-party benefit coverages for pregnant adolescents.
