Charge
Review all administrative rules of the Department of Human Services and the Department of Public Health, other than rules relating to substance abuse programs. The Committee formed was directed to identify burdensome and unnecessary rules and to make recommendations, which would not have a negative impact on departmental clients, concerning the retention, modification or rescission of the departments' administrative rules.
