relating to fraudulent use of a credit card, scanning device, or
reencoder, and providing a penalty.

House File 505, by committee on judiciary, a bill for an act to
prohibit unauthorized computer access to operational or support data
of a rural water district and a municipal utility and providing a
penalty.

EXPLANATION OF VOTE
I was necessarily absent from the House chamber on March 4
through March 6, 2003. Had I been present, I would have voted "aye"
on House Files 234, 249, 250, 265, 289, 290, 304, 311, 319, 329, 341,
342, 387 and Senate File 127.
