H.S.B. 270 Ways and Means
Exempting from sales and use taxes the purchase of coins, currency,
and bullion.
H.S.B. 271 Ways and Means
Relating to the requirements for receiving a property tax exemption
for open prairies and wildlife habitats and including an applicability
date provision.
H.S.B. 272 Ways and Means
Relating to the gradual repeal of the state franchise tax and
providing effective and applicability dates.
H.S.B. 273 Public Safety
Relating to ephedrine, and making pseudoephedrine a controlled
substance, and making penalties applicable.
H.S.B. 274 Education
Providing for a waiver of deadline requirements relating to whole-
grade sharing agreements in specified school districts, and providing
an effective date.
H.S.B. 275 Education
Relating to designation by a county of a property of historical
significance, placing a moratorium on activities that imperil the
property, and providing an effective date.
