H.S.B. 126 State Government
Relating to the department of personnel by permitting expanded
eligibility for the state's deferred compensation program, eliminating
annual cost reporting concerning state agency diversity programs,
providing for confidentiality of employee personnel files, and striking
the repeal of the years of service incentive program and providing an
effective date.
H.S.B. 127 State Government
Providing for the department of general services' responsibility for
the facility management of the state laboratories facility in Ankeny.
H.S.B. 128 State Government
Relating to the fees charged to licensees of pari-mutuel racetracks
and excursion gambling boats.
H.S.B. 129 State Government
Providing for licensure requirements relating to the practice of
athletic training and increasing a penalty.
H.S.B. 130 State Government
Relating to the use of titles pertaining to physical therapy and
providing a penalty.
H.S.B. 131 State Government
Requiring state and local government official reports to include
certain financial information.
H.S.B. 132 Judiciary
Relating to nonprofit corporations and providing penalties and
effective and applicability dates.
