H.S.B. 120 Education
Establishing a three-year statewide career path pilot program to be
administered by the department of education.
H.S.B. 121 State Government
Relating to gambling by providing for the licensure of electrical and
mechanical amusement devices, the licensure of manufacturers and
distributors thereof, and an exception to bingo licensing
requirements.
H.S.B. 122 State Government
Relating to the racing and gaming commission by making
miscellaneous changes to provisions governing pari-mutuel wagering
and gambling at racetracks and on gambling boats.
H.S.B. 123 State Government
Providing for state ownership of Part III Iowa communications
network video connections under specified circumstances.
H.S.B. 124 State Government
Relating to professional licensing boards by providing for the
updating of continuing education and regulatory requirements to
include specified licensing boards, authorizing specified licensing
boards to obtain criminal history data relating to applicants for
licensure and licensees, and authorizing the collection of fees for
related costs.
H.S.B. 125 State Government
Relating to the authority of the department of general services to
employ personnel to perform the duties of the department.
