  placed upon its passage, which motion prevailed by a voice vote, and
  the bill was read the last time.

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  House File 758 be immediately messaged to the House.

  RULES AND ADMINISTRATION

  Final Bill Action:  SENATE RESOLUTION 53, a Senate resolution honoring Nobel
  Peace Prize Laureate Dr. Norman E. Borlaug, and recognizing his
  contributions to
  alleviating world hunger and malnutrition, including the founding of the
  World Food
  Prize.

  Recommendation:  DO PASS.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 11:  Iverson, Kramer, Gronstal, Boettger, Dvorsky, Fink,
  Gaskill,
  Harper, Johnson, McKean, and Rittmer.  Nays, none.  Absent or not voting,
  none.
