  Senator Lamberti asked and received unanimous consent to
  withdraw amendment S-3659, filed by him on May 7, 2001, to pages
  10 and 11 of amendment S-3613.

  Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3662, filed by him on
  May 7, 2001, to pages 10 and 11 of amendment S-3613, and moved
  its adoption.

  Amendment S-3662 was adopted by a voice vote.

  Senator Lamberti offered amendment S-3703, filed by him from
  the floor to page 11 of amendment S-3613, and moved its adoption.
