  1  1    Amend the amendment, S-3613, to House File 742, as
  1  2 amended, passed, and reprinted by the House, as
  1  3 follows:
  1  4    #1.  Page 7, line 26, by inserting after the word
  1  5 "technology" the following:  ", notwithstanding
  1  6 section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph "c", and section
  1  7 12E.12, subsection 1, paragraph "b", subparagraph (1),
  1  8 as enacted by 2001 Iowa Acts, Senate File 532, if
  1  9 enacted".
  1 10    #2.  Page 7, line 31, by inserting after the word
  1 11 "television" the following:  ", notwithstanding
  1 12 section 8.57, subsection 5, paragraph "c", and section
