RECESS On motion of Senator Iverson, the Senate recessed at 9:49 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. AFTERNOON SESSION The Senate reconvened at 3:13 p.m., President Pro Tempore McKean presiding. UNFINISHED BUSINESS (Deferred April 12, 2001) Senate File 514 The Senate resumed consideration of Senate File 514, a bill for an act relating to a maximum property tax dollars limitation for counties and providing for the Act's applicability, deferred April 12, 2001. With the previous adoption of amendment S-3343, the Chair ruled amendment S-3353, filed by Senator Hammond on April 12, 2001, striking everything after the enacting clause of the bill, out of order. President Kramer took the chair at 3:18 p.m.
