  The bill, having received a constitutional majority, was declared to
  have passed the Senate and the title was agreed to.

  IMMEDIATELY MESSAGED

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent that
  Senate File 374 be immediately messaged to the House.

  CONSIDERATION OF RESOLUTION
  (Regular Calendar)

  Senator Iverson asked and received unanimous consent to take up
  for immediate consideration Senate Resolution 16.

  Senate Resolution 16

  On motion of Senator Redfern, Senate Resolution 16, a
  resolution designating the Grout Museum of History and Science as
  the official repository of artifacts related to the Sullivan Brothers,
  with report of committee recommending passage, was taken up for
  consideration.

  Senator Redfern moved the adoption of Senate Resolution 16,
  which motion prevailed by a voice vote.

  HOUSE MESSAGES RECEIVED AND CONSIDERED

  The following messages were received from the Chief Clerk of the
  House:

  MADAM PRESIDENT:  I am directed to inform your honorable body that the
  House has on March 21, 2001, passed the following bills in which the
  concurrence of
  the Senate is asked:

  House File 225, a bill for an act providing for the reorganization
  of districts for the election of Iowa state fair board directors, and
  providing for an election.

  Read first time and referred to committee on State Government.

  House File 458, a bill for an act extending the statute of
  limitations period for filing a criminal charge of incest.
