  Recommendation:  APPROVED COMMITTEE BILL.

  Final Vote:  Ayes, 13:  Boettger, Rehberg, Connolly, Angelo, Fink, Harper,
  McKinley,
  Redfern, Redwine, Shearer, Soukup, Tinsman, and Veenstra.  Nays, none.
  Absent or
  not voting, 2:  Dvorsky and Kramer.

  Fiscal Note:  REQUIRED UNDER JOINT RULE 17.
